2. The Service

born.ink is a creature battling game featuring AI-generated creatures based on traditional Japanese sumi-e ink art aesthetics. The service includes:

• AI-generated creature summoning
• Turn-based battle gameplay
• Virtual exploration and discovery
• In-game economy with virtual currencies
• Community marketplace features

3. Virtual Currency

The game features three virtual currencies: INK (primary), KEN (premium), and KON (tradeable). These are game items with no inherent monetary value.

Any exchange of virtual currency for real money is subject to verification requirements and applicable fees. We reserve the right to adjust exchange rates, fees, and currency balances to maintain game balance.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantages
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal benefit
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate the game economy
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Reverse engineer or modify the game client

5. AI-Generated Content

Creatures and artwork are generated using AI models. You are responsible for the prompts you submit. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates our guidelines.

AI-generated content may not be perfect and could contain unexpected results. We are not responsible for AI outputs that may be considered offensive or inappropriate despite our safety filters.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you lose access to all virtual items and currencies. No refunds will be provided.
